Lavender Mushroom Risotto

Ingredients
1 cup jasmine rice
2 cups vegetable broth
3/4 cup chopped mushrooms
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbl Grapeseed oil, or oil of your choice
1 Tbl Herbes de Provence seasoning
1 tsp dry mustard powder




Place your oil into frying pan and place heat on medium, sauté your onion and rice for 5 minutes, then add mushrooms and cook another 5 minutes.

 Once vegetables have been sautéed, pour in your vegetable broth, and add your Herbes de Provence and mustard powder.

 Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 20 minutes or until liquid has evaporated. Serves 6
