Lavender Infused Honey
Lavender infused honey has so many uses. Try it in your tea, latte, on muffins, toast or bread, use it in salad dressing, drizzled over fruit, over brie and served with crackers. This also makes a nice gift when put in a pretty jar with a label.
How to Make Lavender Infused Honey
2 Tbl. Culinary lavender to 1 cup light colored honey
Mix to combine and cover all the flower buds with honey
Let sit and infuse for 2 weeks before using. You can strain out your lavender by heating your honey slightly and pour through a mesh strainer into a pretty jar.
