Lavender Roasted Carrots



 Cut 1lb of carrots or about 8 carrots into quarters

 Drizzle with 1Tbl of Olive oil

 Top with 1tsp culinary lavender, salt & pepper
Cook in preheated 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
